§ 01Purpose

Why this mission exists.

The Shang You Business Visit & Tour exists to compress a year of cold outreach into ten supervised days. You leave your home capital with a sector brief, a target product, and a list of suppliers we believe match.

You return with verified counterparts, signed term sheets where the chemistry was right, and a procurement plan we keep moving with you for a full month after the cohort photo is taken. The flights and dinners are the wrapper; the deliverable is a shipment that lands.

Nothing about it is sightseeing. Every transfer, every interpreter, every receipt routes back to a commercial purpose you declared on registration. If a factory doesn't make what you came for, it doesn't make the schedule — and we'd rather hand you back a deposit than fill a seat that doesn't fit.

§ 02Who should attend

Four operator profiles. One mission.

We size the cohort around a specific kind of delegate — operators with a declared product, a budget, and a decision they need to make on the ground. Anyone hoping to “have a look around” is welcome at the Canton Fair instead.

  1. 01

    Importers

You buy, you ship, you've outgrown trading-company markups. The mission collapses the supplier search into ten guided days.

  2. 02

    Manufacturers

You produce locally and source upstream — equipment, components, materials. We walk the factories that supply your line.

  3. 03

    Executives

You're evaluating market entry or consolidating suppliers. Seven days of factory floor, three days of negotiation cover.

  4. 04

    Investors

You allocate capital across cross-border trade. Time on the ground with the operators who would actually deploy it.
